Kia Ora,

My name is Kehma and I'm originally from Malaysia. I came to New Zealand in 2008 . I started my catering and tutoring journey in Queenstown with my family and continuing in Auckland since 2018 since then. Having coming from a multicultural country which consists of a strong Southeast Asia culture, I possess the advantage of having the knowledge of cooking the authentic Southeast Asia recipes since my childhood, passed through thr generations. 

I have an immense passion in cooking Malaysian cuisine, which drives me to our food truck called Kehma's Kitchen located in west Auckland . Despite my full time job as a medical Receptionist, I do caterings, food truck on Saturdays and tutoring on weekdays and all these are possible only because of my husband Mark's support and encourage

 I have done private cheffing for more than 90 events in Queenstown with my sister Ruby who was my partner in cooking . We have many caterings for various type of events. I love meeting people and talk and share my knowledge and skill of our beautiful Malaysian cuisine which comes in depth of flavors . Cooking is my passion and I would like to continue this journey even longer in the future.
