Course Description

The Learner Licence Workshop is a facilitator-led programme that supports students preparing to sit their learner licence theory test. The workshop goes beyond test preparation, helping students understand why the road rules exist and how they apply in real driving situations. Delivered on-site within the school’s Careers Department, this workshop provides a familiar, supported environment. Led by an experienced AA Driving School facilitator, it combines interactive, practical learning with real-world examples, helping students stay on track while reducing preparation demands on families.

• Applying this knowledge in real-world driving situations

• Building confidence to sit their learner licence theory test.

• Opportunity to sit the official Learner Licence Theory Test on-site the following day, subject to a minimum number of student registrations.

Course Prerequisites

To be a student in Year 12 or 13 at Rutherford College.

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
