Enjoy your yoga practice in the comfort of your home while you are still able to interact with others in online zoom class. Instruction will be given in simple and easy ways to follow. 

Taught by highly experienced Korean-kiwi yoga instructor Bosun Kim, You will learn:

  • To balance yourself physically and mentally.
  • To regulate nervous system using various breathing techniques.
  • To remove stress and calm your body and mind by relaxation and meditation
  • To learn body parts and body movement in English

Free for NZ resident and citizen / $20 for non-resident

 

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
