Fees are payable at the time of the enrolment – enrolments can only be processed once fees are paid. Payments are GST (Goods and Services Tax) inclusive.
Non-NZ Residents are welcome to enrol but may be charged a surcharge on the course fee (for courses that are government subsidised). Course participants may be asked to provide proof of residency, and if not supplied will be liable for the full non-resident fee.

Tax Invoice/Receipts are emailed to you at the time of enrolment. Please read your receipt carefully to ensure the details are correct and diary the dates and times as no reminder will be sent.
Fees are refunded in full if a complete course is cancelled. If you paid by credit card online your fees will be transferred back to your credit card. All other methods of payment will be refunded via bank transfer and students will need to provide an official bank deposit slip or a copy of a bank statement that clearly shows the students name and account number.
If you withdraw from a course before it begins and have given 5 working days prior notice you may be eligible for a full refund. There are no Refunds,transfers or withdrawals after this time.
If a course does not reach minimum numbers or, for some other unavoidable reason is cancelled, the fee will be refunded in full. We attempt to notify students of course cancellations at least 2 full days prior to start date

Adult Courses:
Community Education courses are provided for adults, aged 16 years or older and are not enrolled in secondary school full-time. In exceptional circumstances a full time secondary school student aged 16 years or older, including adult students, may be enrolled in an Adult and Community Education (ACE) course/activity, subject at the discretion of the Director.
Teens and Family courses:
There is a range of teen and family-friendly courses available in our programme. The family courses are designed for a parent or caregiver accompanied by a child 13 years or older. Restriction dates apply for some courses.
A 10% discount applies for senior citizens (65+) and those with a Community Services card. Those receiving a benefit administered by WINZ may be entitled to a Training Incentive Allowance: contact your Income Support Office. If you have special needs please contact us for assistance
Schools implement, as part of their charters, policies on sexual harassment, smoking, drugs and alcohol. All schools are SMOKE FREE, this includes E-cigarettes. Schools take every precaution to comply with the Health and Safety in Employment Act and the Privacy Act.
Attendance Certificates can be provided on request if the student has been present for 80% of the course. A $5.00 administration fee may be charged.
In unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the advertised programme and/or tutor. Every effort will be made to inform enrolees.
