Cristina Capri

I was born in Milan and studied in Venice, where I achieved a Degree in Architecture and a Master in Architecture Conservation.

After my degree I worked as an architect in residential, retail, entertainment and office planning, participating in conservation projects of heritage buildings in the province of Padua and Venice.

I moved to South Africa where I worked as a tutor at the Architecture Department, Wits University, Johannesburg, before being involved with one of the leader company in the office furniture design, implementing furniture design, office and space planning for corporate interiors.

In New Zealand my husband and I set up Italdesign Architectural specialising in residential projects, kitchen and bathroom design, furniture design and colour recommendation.

I also teach at Unitec within the Bachelor of Interior Design and the Diploma of Interior Design.
