We are excited to have Paolo Capri join us with his Workshop, Mediterranean Cuisine and Pasta Making. Paulo, has firm Italian roots and has managed large industrial projects in his early years, which lead him to becoming a business owner and operator for a cafe he purchased in Johannesburg, South Africa. Paulo gradually incorporated Italian food into the menu, which proved to be a roaring success, and grew his business into a very popular choice for diners. Paulo is now enjoying life and has time to do the things he is most passionate about; cooking and teaching. Paulo's infectious enthusiasm, skills and experience make his workshops a delight to be apart of.
