Course tutor Julie-Anne Taylor is profoundly Deaf. She is a qualified tutor and has completed the Victoria University Deaf Studies certificate.

Her work at the Auckland Deaf Society over 14 years has included several roles, including 7-years of experience teaching NZSL classes at Level 1 and 2.

Julie-Anne has been delivering the Deaf Culture presentations to community, educational, local government and commercial organisations for over 4-years. She has proved to be very popular with her students.
