After getting a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, in 2010, Sameer obtained a postgraduate Diploma for Graduate Chefs in Culinary Art at the E, H & West London College and he has been working as a chef ever since.
Before landing his first job in NZ (2013) at the Sugar Club by Peter Gordon at the SkyCity Hotel (awarded top 50 restaurants for the years 2014-2015 & 2016,) he worked in restaurants and hotels in India, Abu Dhabi, and the Maldives. He is currently working at the Bellota- Bar de Tapas y Vino and has also spent a year working at the True Food & Yoga Bistro.
Sameer has a passion for food and two of his favourite international cuisines he would like to share with you are Spanish and South American Cooking.
