Join Ariane, a certified HIIT Pilates teacher and experience all the ​benefits of her class. Her class is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Reformer Pilates. HITT means performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively work the entire body (off the reformer). The combination of switching from HIIT to Low intensity (more controlled movements on the reformer) makes for a dynamic workout that will have you breaking a good sweat and working the body to its maximum potential!
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
