Learn how to create beautiful large open fondant sugar roses to embellish any special occasion cake. You will learn how to create individual petals using very simple everyday kitchen equipment and how to put them together to create rosebuds, small roses and large open roses. You will also be shown how using edible dusting powders to add colour and tone to your roses will bring them to life. Includes all materials.
