Learn how to make a variety of fresh cheeses such as feta, halloumi, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone.
This hands-on class makes cheese-making easy and accessible to anyone and will give you the knowledge and recipes to make your own cheese easily in your own kitchen.
Please bring a notebook and pen, an apron and a cooking pot that can hold about 3L (at least 2 L) as well as plastic containers with lids to take home your cheese samples: 1 x 1L, 2 x 500ml.
All food costs are included in the fee and a light lunch is provided.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
