B-Me is a cardio-dance-wellness practice for everybody, regardless of health or fitness: whether you want a full-on cardio workout or a gentle restorative experience. Drawing from the Nia Technique, B-Me is inspired by dance, healing, and martial arts. A dynamic and energising playlist provides deep support for each journey. Emphasising finding your body’s way, B-Me is suitable for all ages and body types, providing both an invigorating and self-healing experience. B-Me’s mission is to cultivate healthy lives and communities through inspiring people to joyfully express themselves and choose movement that feels good. Come find your body’s way!
