Flavours galore! Spain is known for its small plates or tapas served as a varied meal. The dishes are flavoursome and rustic. You'll get to learn recipes, assemble tapas and of course, enjoy tasting the food. Great for parties or evenings in front of the fire.
You will explore tapas such as pixtos mixtos (mixed skewers), garbanzos con chorizo (chickpeas with Spanish sausage), patatas bravas (spicy potatoes), champiñones al ajillo (Spanish garlic mushrooms), mejillones en escabeche (mussels in vinegar sauce), and churros (Spanish doughnuts)
$25.00 is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients for the 2 week course
