•             The difference between using social media for personal use and for business

•             Monitoring performance and understanding how people interact with your page

•             Secret tips and trick

 

 

Prerequisites

Participants should have a basic understanding of social media pages already and be using at least facebook.

Expected learning outcomes:

•             Students will be able to evaluate and choose the best social media option for their business

•             Students will increase confidence in learning about social media for business

•             Students will know how to promote a brand, product or service on social media

•             Students will understand how to cleverly communicate messages that cut through the clutter and get people to engage

•             Students will understand how to monitor the performance of their page
