This hands on course is an opportunity to discover how simple and succulent. You will be shown the do's and don't of making the perfect risotto according to the classic tradition and the easy way to make another classic: the gnocchi. You will leave the course with amazing, mouth-watering dishes that will delight your family and friends.

The ingredients cost is included in the course fee.

Week 1 traditional carbonara 

Week 2 pesto and gnocchi 

Week 3 tiramisu
