This hands on course is an opportunity to discover how simple and succulent the Italian cuisine is. You will learn the little secrets behind Risottos, Gnocchi and traditional sauces, as well as, how to adapt them to your personal taste. Paolo will show you the do and don't of making the perfect risotto according to the classic tradition and the easy way to make another classic: the gnocchi. You will leave the course with amazing, mouth-watering dishes that will delight your family and friends.
