Course Description

This hands-on course is an opportunity to discover how simple and succulent. You will be shown the do's and don't of making the perfect risotto according to the classic tradition and the easy way to make another classic: the gnocchi. You will leave the course with amazing, mouth-watering dishes that will delight your family and friends.

The ingredients cost of $50 is included in the course fee.

What Will You Gain?

Acquire basic skills in cooking the below dishes:

Week 1: Main Course - Traditional Carbonara Pasta

Week 2:  Main Course - Pesto and gnocchi 

Week 3:  Desert -Tiramisu

Course Prerequisite Conditions

For all classes you will need to bring:

  • Your favourite chopping knife
  • Three tea towels
  • Fork, soup spoon, and teaspoon
  • A suitable container to take your food home.  However, if possible, we would like  you to enjoy your dish with us.
  • A pen
  • One question about food
  • A smile.

 

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
