Liven up your weekly meal plan with a few healthy and nutritionl plant base options. In this short course, chef Komal will be teaching you fun and exciting ways to make the most of your vegetables. "Healthy cooking doesn't have to be boring!"

Some of Komals favourites that she may share with you include: Raw zesty and nutty granolas, vegan pancakes, pasta with cashew cheese, Rosemary and thyme hasselbacks, Pesto potato top pie, Indulgent slice chocolate mousse tort, Multiple flavour bliss balls, soups and breads and canapes.

The ingredients cost of $55 is included in the course fee.
