Course Description

Perfect as a nibble, a starter or as part of a main course, Risotto Rice Balls, also known as Arancini di Riso, are a tasty Sicilian fried snack made with only 4 ingredients that are easy to make and delicious served with an easy Arrabbiata dipping sauce..   

Course Materials

The tutor provides all the ingredients. The cost of these ingredients is included in the course fee. 

Please bring the following items:

• One or two sharp vegetable knives
• A spoon and fork
• 2 or 3 tea towels
• A few different-sized containers to take your food home
• An apron 
• Pen and paper
• A smile
