Eating for Women’s’ Wellbeing is a 5-week course that specifically focuses on what, how, when and why to eat that will support gut health, immunity, hormone balance, energy and general wellbeing. Whilst this course is specifically aimed at women, everything can be applied at home to improve the health and wellbeing of all family members. By the end of the course you will know what nutrients and food are required for health & wellbeing and what are not, you will have tips on how to manage emotional eating, be able to plan your weekly menu, know how to shop for the right foods and know how much and what to put on your plate.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
