Delicious traditional Indian dishes are the focus in this three-session course where Monica will share with you the recipes, flavours, and aromas she grew up with.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • Discuss the flavours and spices used in Indian cuisine
  • Know where to purchase ingredients for a selection of vegetarian and meat dishes
  • Read and follow a range of recipes step-by-step
  • Create a range of classic dishes from Southern and Northern India as cooked at home

 

$45.00 is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients for the 3 week course

 

 

 

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
