Learn how to do your own make-up with confidence and style. Our expert Make-up Artist will show you how to achieve a perfect day make-up and a glamorous evening look quickly and with a professional finish.

Please bring the following makeup items to class. We have tried to keep it simple and list the basic makeup essentials that will cover all the looks we will be creating on the course. Please bring whatever you have at home.

TOOLS:

  • Hand Mirror
  • Foundation brush or wedge sponge
  • Concealer Brush
  • Powder Brush
  • Blush Brushes
  • Lip Brushes
  • Eyeliner Brush
  • 2x Shadow Brushes (one larger than the other)

KIT LIST:

  • Foundation Liquid (for your skin tone) 
  • Concealer
  • Eyeliner pencils (Liquid liner optional) 
  • Mascara  
  • Eyebrow pencil or brush
  • Lipsticks & Gloss
  • Blusher
  • Powder (loose or compact)
  • Eyeshadow - Cream, Powder or Liquid

SUNDRIES:
Cotton buds, Tissues, Wet wipes and Hand towel 


Please be sure to have a clean, makeup free, moisturized face and neck. It would also be advisable to bring a hair tie or clip to tie your hair back off your face.

You will be given a 30-minute lunch break, so bring along something to nibble on and a water bottle. Coffee and tea is provided

Course Fee Subsidy

This course is subsided by Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizens and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas or visitor visas, and refugees. To qualify, registrants should be over the age of 16 years and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. You must provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency, or refugee status to our staff for sighting purposes.

 

 

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
